About Pró Saúde
With 20 years of experience in the market, the Pró Saúde Group provides services to over 50,000 members and individual clients in 32 cities across the interior of Bahia.
Its mission is to promote health, well-being, and quality of life for the population, as well as to foster a sense of social responsibility and the physical, mental, and intellectual development of citizens.
More effective fleet control
The company wanted more effective fleet control, hence the need for a management system. Tracking fuel expenses, generating reports, verifying maintenance costs, identifying vehicles with the best/worst fuel efficiency, and much more!
After seeing a TV report on INFLEET, the manager became interested in learning more about the solution, which offered tracking, telemetry, and other features.
After a presentation with our specialists, Pró Saúde began using the Super App and soon saw positive results.
Fueling, monitoring, maintenance, and the digital checklist were the modules implemented at the company. This made it possible to analyze opportunities for cost reduction and improvements in driver behavior.
Increase in safe driving behavior
Using the content provided by INFLEET through the podcast, the manager implemented an incentive system for the top-performing drivers. This led to the creation of a Driver Ranking with various types of rewards.
This constant communication with drivers yielded excellent results in terms of improved driving and km/event.
Pró Saúde saw a 46.04% increase in km/event from January to May of this year (2023) with the INFLEET Super App.
In January of this year, km/event was 13.9, and by May, km/event had risen to 20.3. As a result, the company reduced driving risk events by 14.3%. In January, there were a total of 623 risk events, while in May that number dropped to 530 events.
This means that the fleet was driven properly, as the vehicles traveled more without exhibiting risk events such as sudden acceleration, sharp turns, and sudden braking.
