Tracking vehicles to reduce costs

The main objective was to find a tool that could track its vehicles to reduce costs and optimize deliveries.

Reduction in Downtime

Comparing the period from September to December 2022 with the period from January to April 2023, the INFLEET Super App contributed to a 34.98% reduction in idle time. This resulted in savings of R$4,123.32 in fuel costs.

During this same period, from September to December 2022, Ceará Cerâmica recorded an average of 628.725 hours of idle time; however, between January and April 2023, this average dropped to 408.815 hours.

There was a reduction in kilometers traveled between these two periods, but only by 15.9%. Between September and December 2022, they averaged 56,518.95 km. Between January and April 2023, the average was 47,532.89 km.

In addition, the kilometers per event metric also showed positive results. Between March and April 2023, the increase was 47.41%. This is because in March it was 37.25 km/event, while in April it was 54.91 km/event.
